What is your favorite part about being a Lady Saddlers Club member?

The sisterhood. Women from all different backgrounds, professions, and stages of their equestrian journeys come together through a shared passion for horses. It's a welcoming community where we support, encourage, and celebrate one another both in and out of the saddle.

What do you love about horseback riding?

There is something truly special about horseback riding. Beyond the physical aspect, it's the mindfulness and connection between you and the horse that makes it so incredible. Riding forces you to be fully present in every moment. Learning to become one with such a powerful, majestic animal builds confidence, courage, and trust in both yourself and your horse.

What is your favorite equestrian event?

The Winter Equestrian Festival. I love the energy, the world-class competition, and the opportunity to watch incredible horse-and-rider partnerships while connecting with the broader equestrian community.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

"Be where your feet are."

We have a tendency to dwell on the past or worry about the future, but the most important place to be is fully present in the moment you're living. When you focus on where your feet are, you're able to appreciate the journey, make better decisions, and enjoy life as it unfolds.
